Online Multicell Coordinated MIMO Wireless Network Virtualization With Imperfect CSI

We consider online coordinated precoding design for downlink wireless network virtualization (WNV) in a multi-cell multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) with imperfect channel state information (CSI). In our WNV framework, an infrastructure provider (InP) owns each base station that is shared by several service providers (SPs) oblivious of other. The SPs their precoders as demands user services, while the InP designs actual solution to meet from SPs. Our aim minimize long-term time-averaged expected deviation over MIMO fading channels, subject both per-cell and short-term transmit power limits. propose algorithm virtualization, which provides fully distributed semi-closed-form at cell, based only on current CSI without any exchange across cells. Taking into account two-fold impact SPs, we show proposed within $O(\delta)$ gap optimum time horizon, where notation="LaTeX">$\delta $ inaccuracy indicator. Simulation results validate performance under two commonly used techniques typical urban micro-cell environment.
